Ingredients

Liquid

  • 90 mL water (warm)
  • 135 g refined sugar
  • 120 g milk powder
  • 25 g liquid glucose (optional)
  • 40 mL whole milk (warm; optional)

Cream

  • 300 g fresh/pasteurized heavy cream (over 35% fat)
  • 50 g Nutella (hazelnut chocolate spread)

Instructions 

  • Mix water, sugar, milk powder, and glucose until smooth.
  • Add cream and Nutella, then blend until fully combined.
  • Pour mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend the mixture before freezing.
