Instructions
Preheat oven to 200-230°C. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Arrange sliced fruits in the dish.
In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla, mix well. Add flour and stir just until combined.
Pour batter over fruits. Bake for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Use ripe fruits for best flavor. Serve slightly warm for optimal taste.
