Instructions
Prepare the tart crust, bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden, then cool.
Blend two bananas with milk until smooth, set aside.
Make caramel with sugar, then add banana mixture, cook until smooth.
Pour caramel over cooled crust, let cool.
Slice remaining bananas diagonally, arrange over caramel.
Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, set aside.
Mix coffee with water and sugar, then swirl into whipped cream for marbling.
Spread whipped cream over bananas, garnish with chocolate if desired, then chill before serving.
Notes
Chill the pie for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
