Instructions
Mix butter, powdered sugar (I), salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add flour and chopped peanuts, knead until dough forms.
Shape into small balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar (II).
Notes
Chill the dough before shaping for easier handling.
