Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter, sugar, and lemon zest until smooth and homogeneous.
Add egg, then yolk, lemon juice, and salt, mixing well.
Mix in flours just until incorporated; do not overmix.
Transfer dough to a piping bag with star tip and pipe S-shaped cookies or desired shape.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
