Delight in these crunchy, chocolatey biscotti infused with pistachios for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar (cristal)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder (100% cacau)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (fermento químico)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (refined)

Wet ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs

Add-ins

  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and flour a baking sheet.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  • Combine dry mixture with wet, then fold in pistachios and chocolate.
  • Shape dough into two logs, bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool, slice diagonally, and bake slices for 15-20 minutes until dry.
