Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and flour a baking sheet.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Combine dry mixture with wet, then fold in pistachios and chocolate.
Shape dough into two logs, bake for 30-35 minutes.
Cool, slice diagonally, and bake slices for 15-20 minutes until dry.
