Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces bisteca
  • 2 tablespoons azeite (olive oil)
  • 1 packet Stir – Tomato & Chili Stir (rehydrate to make pesto)
  • 1 packet Rub – Smoky Peri-Peri Rub (seasoning)
  • to taste sal
  • to taste pimenta

Instructions 

  • Season each bisteca with the respective spices.
  • Rehydrate the Stir to make pesto.
  • Sprinkle the Rub over the steaks.
  • Adjust salt and pimenta to taste.
  • Cook in a skillet with olive oil, separately to avoid flavor interference.
  • Serve with salad or white rice.

Ensure steaks are cooked to your preferred doneness.
