A quick and delicious carrot cake perfect for any occasion. Easy to prepare with simple ingredients and a moist, flavorful result.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 140 g carrots (cooked)
  • 200 g crystal sugar
  • 100 g vegetable oil
  • 2 units eggs (can be cold)
  • 1.5 g refined salt
  • 180 g wheat flour
  • 7.5 g baking powder
  • 50 g UHT cream (17% fat)
  • 50 g bittersweet chocolate (drops or chopped)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Mix all wet ingredients and sugar until smooth.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in chocolate pieces.
  • Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract.
