  • 200 g açúcar cristal
  • 100 g açúcar mascavo
  • 200 mL óleo vegetal
  • 2 eggs ovos (gelado)
  • 125 g ketchup
  • 140 g iogurte sem sabor (gelado)
  • 2-3 colheres de chá corante vermelho em gel (opcional)
  • 280 g farinha de trigo
  • 12 g fermento químico em pó ((cerca 2 c. chá))
  • 6 g bicarbonato de sódio ((cerca 1 c. chá))
  • 1-1/2 colheres de chá canela em pó
  • 1/2 colher de chá gengibre em pó
  • 1/2 colher de chá noz-moscada ralada na hora
