Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces oranges (weight approx 535g each)
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups sugar (crystal sugar)
  • 0.25 teaspoon refined salt
  • 2 cups flour (all-purpose wheat flour)
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder (chemical leavening agent)
  • 2 pieces additional oranges (weight approx 535g each)
  • 2 cups sugar (additional)

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
