Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 270 g crystal sugar
  • 170 g all-purpose flour
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 3 g salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 80 g melted butter (cold)
  • 80 g vegetable oil (neutral flavor)
  • 2 pcs oranges (peras, zest)
  • 3 pcs eggs (frozen)
  • 170 g unsweetened yogurt (frozen)
  • 5 mL vanilla extract

Orange Juice

  • 150 mL orange juice

Fruits

  • 8 pcs oranges (sliced)

Cream Topping

  • 450 g heavy cream (cold, 35% fat)
  • 30 g sugar (refined)
  • 5 mL vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and orange zest.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing well.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Let cake cool, then top with sliced oranges and whipped cream flavored with vanilla.

Notes

Use fresh oranges for best flavor. Chill the cream before whipping for a smoother texture.
