  • 3 pieces eggs (cold)
  • 0.4 cups plain yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 0.06 cups orange liqueur (triple sec)

Dry mix

  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour

  • 0.5 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  • Arrange orange slices in the prepared pan, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over the slices and pour the orange juice on top.
  • In a bowl, beat remaining sugar, melted butter, and oil until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Mix in yogurt and orange liqueur. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until just combined.
  • Pour batter over the orange slices, smooth the surface. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
