A delicious and easy-to-make Brazilian cake featuring puba, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Dairy & Eggs

  • 3 large eggs
  • 375 g sugar (crystal)
  • 250 g milk (desnatado ou integral)
  • 125 g vegetable oil
  • 15 g vanilla essence

Main ingredients

  • 500 g puba flour
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 20 g baking powder
  • 1 g refined salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • Grease a 9-inch round bundt pan well and freeze it.
  • Blend eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth (~30 sec).
  • Add puba, flour, baking powder, salt; blend until well mixed (~30-40 sec). If dry ingredients don't fit, mix separately.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-45 minutes until golden.
  • Cool and unmold onto a wire rack.

Notes

Ensure the pan is well greased to prevent sticking.
