Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Grease a 9-inch round bundt pan well and freeze it.
Blend eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth (~30 sec).
Add puba, flour, baking powder, salt; blend until well mixed (~30-40 sec). If dry ingredients don't fit, mix separately.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-45 minutes until golden.
Cool and unmold onto a wire rack.
Notes
Ensure the pan is well greased to prevent sticking.
