A beautiful marble cake with rich chocolate and vanilla flavors, perfect for special occasions or everyday indulgence.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g water (boiling)
  • 1 g instant coffee (optional)

Wet ingredients

  • 110 g unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 110 g vegetable oil
  • 360 g sugar
  • 4 units eggs (cold)
  • 225 g plain yogurt (cold)
  • 10 g vanilla essence

Dry ingredients for batter

  • 340 g all-purpose flour
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 4 g salt

Chocolate and cream

  • 150 g semi-sweet chocolate (chips or chopped)
  • 125 g UHT heavy cream (17% fat)

Instructions 

  • Mix cocoa, coffee (if using) with boiling water; set aside.
  • Grease a 9-inch bundt pan; preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream sugar, butter, and oil until smooth.
  • Add eggs, yogurt, vanilla; beat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Mix in flour, baking powder, salt until combined.
  • Divide batter; mix half with cocoa mixture.
  • Alternate spooning vanilla and chocolate batters into pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes; cool before removing from pan.
  • Cool completely; optionally top with ganache and sprinkles.
