Instructions
Mix cocoa, coffee (if using) with boiling water; set aside.
Grease a 9-inch bundt pan; preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream sugar, butter, and oil until smooth.
Add eggs, yogurt, vanilla; beat for 1-2 minutes.
Mix in flour, baking powder, salt until combined.
Divide batter; mix half with cocoa mixture.
Alternate spooning vanilla and chocolate batters into pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes; cool before removing from pan.
Cool completely; optionally top with ganache and sprinkles.
