Ingredients

Liquid

  • 45 mL water (hot)

Dry ingredients

  • 35 g milk powder
  • 15 g cocoa powder (100% cacao)

Dairy

  • 150 g light ricotta cream

Sugar

  • 50 g crystal sugar

Instructions 

  • Mix hot water, milk powder, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a pan and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a container to cool.

Notes

Stir continuously to prevent lumps and ensure smooth consistency.
