A rich and smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream with chocolate and caramel flavors, perfect for decorating cakes and cupcakes.
Ingredients
Egg Whites and Sugar

Instructions
Mix egg whites and sugar in a clean pan.
Cook on low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves, about 2-3 minutes.
Test with fingers to ensure sugar is dissolved; mixture will be more liquid.
Transfer to a bowl, beat on high until cooled, about 10-15 minutes.
Add butter gradually once mixture is cool, then vanilla.
Flavor as desired; refrigerate to set, then bring to room temperature before use.
Notes
Ensure butter is semi-gelada for best texture.
