Instructions
Mix 1-2g agar with 100mL of flavored liquid. Heat until boiling, maintaining above 45°C.
Use a syringe or dropper to form droplets into cold oil or olive oil. Let solidify.
Rinse the droplets in water to remove excess oil. Keep refrigerated until use.
Notes
Ensure the oil is very cold to help the droplets solidify quickly.
