Instructions
Combine crushed cookies and melted butter to form the crust; press into the base of a pan.
Bloom gelatin in a small amount of milk, then heat until dissolved.
Mix gelatin with remaining milk, then blend with cream cheese, doce de leite, vanilla, and whipped cream until smooth.
Pour filling over crust and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
Decorate with additional doce de leite and whipped cream before serving.
