Indulge in this creamy Nutella cheesecake with a chocolate biscuit crust, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 150 g bolacha recheada de chocolate
  • 25 g manteiga sem sal (derretida)

Filling

  • 300 g cream cheese (temperatura ambiente)
  • 150-180 g nutella (temperatura ambiente)
  • 80-90 g açúcar cristal
  • 50 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (38% de gordura)
  • 1 unit ovo
  • 20 g farinha de trigo
  • 0.5 teaspoon extrato de baunilha
  • 0.5 g sal refinado (pitada)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare mini cupcake molds with paper liners.
  • Crush the cookies with cocoa powder until crumbly. Add melted butter until mixture resembles moist soil.
  • Press a teaspoon of the cookie mixture into each mold, using a glass bottom to compact. Freeze the bases.
  • Beat cream cheese and cream until smooth (~3 min). Add Nutella and continue mixing.
  • Add sugar, egg, vanilla, and flour; mix just until combined. Pour over crust bases.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the mold, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours before serving. Garnish with leftover crumbs or chocolate shavings.

Notes

Use high-quality Nutella for best flavor. Keep refrigerated until serving.
