Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare mini cupcake molds with paper liners.
Crush the cookies with cocoa powder until crumbly. Add melted butter until mixture resembles moist soil.
Press a teaspoon of the cookie mixture into each mold, using a glass bottom to compact. Freeze the bases.
Beat cream cheese and cream until smooth (~3 min). Add Nutella and continue mixing.
Add sugar, egg, vanilla, and flour; mix just until combined. Pour over crust bases.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the mold, then transfer to a wire rack.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours before serving. Garnish with leftover crumbs or chocolate shavings.

Use high-quality Nutella for best flavor. Keep refrigerated until serving.
