A delicious no-bake Oreo cheesecake with creamy filling and crunchy cookie crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 100 g bolacha recheada (triturada com o recheio)
  • 30 g manteiga sem sal (derretida)

Filling

  • 200 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (gelado, mais que 35% gordura)
  • 250 g cream cheese tradicional (temperatura ambiente)
  • 45 g açúcar cristal
  • 5 mL extrato de baunilha
  • 60 g bolacha recheada (triturada com o recheio, dividida)

Decorative Toppings

  • 100 g Chantilly adoçado (para decorar)
  • 10 mini oreos para decorar

Instructions 

  • Combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  • Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  • Decorate with whipped cream and mini Oreos before serving.

Notes

Chill the cheesecake for at least 2 hours before serving for best results.
