Ingredients

Crust

  • 200 g biscoito de aveia e mel
  • 100 g manteiga sem sal

Filling

  • 750 g cream cheese
  • 200 g açúcar cristal
  • 4 eggs ovos
  • 1 limão siciliano (raspas) limão siciliano (raspas)
  • 50 mL suco de limão siciliano (coado)
  • 10 mL extrato de baunilha (ou 1-2mL essência)
  • 0.5 g sal refinado (pitada)
  • 100 g geleia de Morango
  • 100 g geleia de framboesa

Instructions 

  • Prepare the crust by crushing the cookies and mixing with melted butter, then press into the base of a springform pan.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour filling over the crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 60 minutes until set.
  • Allow to cool, then top with fruit preserves and serve.

Notes

Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.
