Ingredients

  • 140 g creme de leite fresco/pasteurizado (more than 35% fat)
  • 100 g açúcar refinado
  • 1 g sal refinado (about 1/4 teaspoon)
  • 10 mL extrato de baunilha (or 4 mL essência)
  • 225 g cream cheese (gelado)

Instructions 

  • Whisk cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until slightly thickened and soft peaks form.
  • Add cream cheese gradually, beating until smooth.
  • Chill until ready to use.

Notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days for best results.
