A delightful frozen twist on the classic crème brûlée, combining creamy sorbet with caramelized sugar for a unique dessert experience.

granulated sugar (for caramelizing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F) and boil 2 liters of water for a water bath.
Melt sorbet in microwave for 20 seconds and stir until smooth.
Add egg yolk and mix well. Pour into ramekins.
Place ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water to create a water bath.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool for 20 minutes, then refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch just before serving.
Notes
Ensure sugar is evenly distributed for a uniform caramelization.
