  • 200 g corn flakes (unsweetened)
  • 40 g milk powder
  • 40 g sugar (crystal)
  • 3 g refined salt
  • 130 g unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 165-170ºC (330-340ºF).
  • Lightly break the corn flakes in a bowl.
  • Mix in milk powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Add melted butter and stir until well coated.
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  • Let cool before storing or serving.
