  • 113 grams manteiga sem sal (at room temperature)
  • 125 mL leite integral (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons extrato de baunilha (or 1 teaspoon essence)
  • 0.25 teaspoons sal refinado
  • 2 teaspoons fermento químico em pó

Pink Gel Food Coloring

  • as needed corante pink em gel
  • 250 grams chocolate meio amargo (chopped)
  • 150 grams creme de leite UHT (17-20% fat)
  • 60 grams manteiga sem sal (at room temperature)
  • 215 grams açúcar de confeiteiro impalpável (penned)
  • 1 teaspoon extrato de baunilha
  • 0.25 teaspoons sal refinado
  • 115 grams cream cheese (gelado)

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
