Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 35 g cacao em pó (100% cacau)
  • 5 g café solúvel
  • 85 mL água (fervente)

Wet Ingredients

  • 85 g iogurte sem sabor
  • 80 g óleo vegetal
  • 1 large ovo (gelado ou temperatura ambiente)
  • 140 g açúcar cristal

Dry Ingredients (continued)

  • 120 g farinha de trigo
  • 4 g bicarbonato de sódio (cerca 1 c. chá)
  • 0.5 g sal refinado (pitada)

Frosting & Filling

  • 2-3 recipes da cobertura de Marshmallow Cremoso
  • 300 g chocolate meio amargo (derretido)
  • 30 g óleo de coco

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Prepare marshmallow frosting and spread over cooled cupcakes.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate and coconut oil on top for finishing.
