Ingredients

Flours and Dry Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz farinha de trigo
  • 3 oz açúcar cristal
  • 2.1 oz cacau em pó ((50-100% cacau; peneirado))
  • 0.14 oz fermento químico em pó ((ou 1 c. chá))
  • 0.01 oz sal refinado ((pitada))

Wet Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz manteiga sem sal (temperatura ambiente)
  • 3 oz leite integral (morno)
  • 0.8 oz ovo (temperatura ambiente)

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 7.6 oz cream cheese (gelado)
  • 2.1 oz manteiga sem sal (temperatura ambiente)
  • 7.6 oz açúcar de confeiteiro impalpável (peneirado)
  • 0.01 oz sal refinado ((pitada))

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cupcake tins with paper liners.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
  • Combine wet ingredients: melted butter, milk, egg. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour batter into liners, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Let cupcakes cool. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until fluffy. Frost cooled cupcakes.
