A delicious Brazilian snack featuring chewy tapioca cubes with cheesy flavor, perfect for frying and serving with a spicy sauce.

Instructions
Misture tapioca and grated cheese.
Heat milk to boiling.
Add tapioca and cheese gradually, stirring constantly.
Adjust salt and add white pepper.
Line a mold with plastic wrap and pour mixture inside.
Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
Cut into 3cm cubes.
Fry in 180-190°C oil until golden, then drain.
Serve with spicy sauce.
Notes
Ensure oil is hot enough before frying for best results.
