Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups leite integral (whole milk)
  • 1 packet tablespoon fermento lácteo (lactic ferment)
  • 1 drop enzima lactase (lactase enzyme)

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients until smooth and let ferment for 12 hours.
  • Shape the dough and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.

Notes

Ensure the lactase enzyme is evenly distributed for lactose digestion.
