  • 1 cup arroz (short or medium grain rice)
  • 1/2 cup açúcar (granulated sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons amido modificado (modified starch)
  • 1/2 cup composto lácteo com gordura vegetal de soja transgênica (dairy and soy transgenic fat blend)
  • 1 teaspoon aromatizantes (vanilla or other flavoring)
  • 1 teaspoon espessante goma xantana (xanthan gum thickener)

Instructions 

  • Combine rice, sugar, and water in a mug and microwave for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Add the modified starch, dairy blend, flavoring, and xanthan gum. Mix well and microwave for another 10 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir and serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Use full-fat dairy for creamier texture.
