mini meringue or broken normal meringue

Instructions
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Hygienically prepare strawberries, removing leaves and chopping.
Layer in glasses: start with some meringue, add whipped cream, then strawberries. Repeat layers.
Finish with strawberries or meringue for decoration. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Prepare just before serving to prevent strawberries from releasing water.
