Instructions
Mix water, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Add yeast and oil, stir well.
Add flour and mix into a sticky dough. Cover and ferment for 1 hour.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts for filling.
Divide dough into 4 pieces, flatten into discs, add filling, and seal.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Fry each pancake for 45-60s, flatten, then cook until golden, flipping as needed.
Serve hot.
