Ingredients

Dairy

  • 180 g unsweetened yogurt
  • 70 g white chocolate
  • 20 g fresh/pasteurized cream ((optional, 38% fat))

Instructions 

  • Ensure yogurt is not cold; remove from fridge beforehand.
  • Melt white chocolate in microwave or double boiler. If using cream, add after chocolate starts melting.
  • Mix yogurt with melted white chocolate.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add fresh fruits on top before serving.
