Instructions
Heat 250mL of milk until just starting to bubble, then remove from heat.
Mix the hot milk with the remaining cold milk, test the temperature (37-40°C), and adjust if necessary.
Add the yogurt and stir well. Transfer to the thermal bottle and close tightly.
Let it sit at room temperature for 3 hours, then remove the inner seal and keep the bottle closed. Refrigerate to set.
Consume within a week; save a spoonful for the next batch.
