  • 2 tablespoons Uji Matcha – Chá verde de Uji
  • 1/2 cup Passhon Furutsu – Maracujá (Passion fruit pulp)
  • 1 tablespoon Sakura Matcha – Flor de cerejeira com chá verde (Cherry blossom green tea powder)

Instructions 

  • Mix matcha and sakura matcha powders with a small amount of hot water to create a smooth paste.
  • Combine passion fruit pulp with the matcha mixture and stir well.
  • Spread the mixture over a prepared crispy wafer or biscuit base and chill until set.
  • Cut into bars or pieces and serve chilled.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the mixture sit for 10 minutes before spreading.
