Instructions
Mix matcha and sakura matcha powders with a small amount of hot water to create a smooth paste.
Combine passion fruit pulp with the matcha mixture and stir well.
Spread the mixture over a prepared crispy wafer or biscuit base and chill until set.
Cut into bars or pieces and serve chilled.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the mixture sit for 10 minutes before spreading.
