Instructions
Warm the milk to touch, then mix in sugar, salt, cardamom, and egg.
Mix half the flour with yeast, then add liquids, gradually incorporate remaining flour and butter until dough is slightly sticky.
Sovet the dough until smooth (about 10 minutes), then let it ferment covered for 40 minutes.
Prepare filling by mixing cinnamon, sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll into a log, and cut into trapezoid shapes.
Place on baking sheets, ferment for 30 minutes, then brush with egg and sprinkle sugar.
Bake at 200-225°C (392-437°F) for 10-15 minutes until golden.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator; the sugar and butter may make the surface sticky.
