1tablespoonolive oil

Lasagna and Cheese
7.05ozFortaleza Express semolina lasagna
7.05ozsliced mozzarella cheese
14.1ozcanned peeled tomatoes
1smallonion (chopped)
2clovesgarlic (chopped)
1tablespoonolive oil
1.5ozparmesan cheese, grated
to tastebasil leaves
to tastespicy hot sauce
to tasterefined salt
to tasteground black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the chicken broth with water, onion, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional rosemary. Cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add canned tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Simmer to make the sauce.
Layer cooked lasagna, chicken, tomato sauce, and cheese in a baking dish. Repeat layers and top with Parmesan and basil.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier flavor, add more hot sauce to the sauce layer.
