Delight in these fragrant cinnamon-flavored madeleines, perfect for a quick, elegant treat.

Instructions
Beat eggs, sugar, and salt for 5 minutes, then add vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, and cinnamon; gradually add to egg mixture, folding gently. Add melted butter and mix well.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, up to 3 hours. Prepare molds with butter and flour if not non-stick.
Fill molds about 3/4 full, avoiding overfilling to prevent doming. Bake at 425°F for 8-9 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven, cool on a rack, and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Do not overfill the molds to achieve the classic hump.
