A smoky and spicy sauce made with roasted green tomatoes and chipotle peppers, perfect to add heat and flavor to your dishes.

Instructions
Toast pimentas in a skillet over medium-high heat until fragrant (~2-3 min), then transfer to a bowl.
Cover pimentas with boiling water and let soak for 30 minutes.
Toast tomatoes until charred spots appear.
Blend roasted tomatoes and soaked pimentas (only peppers) until smooth (~4 min).
Add salt to taste.
Notes
Adjust salt and water for desired consistency and flavor.
