Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Prepare muffin tins with paper liners.
Mix flours, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Blend bananas, egg, oil, and yogurt until smooth (~5 min).
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix well.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake for 30-35 minutes; test with a toothpick.
Cool before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
