Ingredients

Dairy & Sweeteners

  • 0.5 cup milk (desnatado ou integral)
  • 0.5 cup sugar (cristal)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (transparente)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour (de trigo)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder (fermento químico em pó)
  • 0.5 g salt (refinado)

Chocolate

  • 1 cup g chocolate chips (meio amargo, gotas ou barra picada)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line 6 muffin cups with tulip-shaped paper liners.
  • Mix milk, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate; stir until smooth.
  • Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Top with extra chocolate if desired.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden. Remove and cool slightly.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature. Reheat in microwave for 15 seconds if cold.
