This rustic bread recipe requires minimal ingredients and yields a crusty, flavorful loaf with a simple process.
Ingredients
Dough

Instructions
Misture flour, yeast, salt, and water until moist, adding water gradually.
Cover and let rest for about 6 hours, adjusting for temperature.
Fold the dough a few times, dust with flour, and shape into a ball. Rest for 15 minutes.
Transfer to floured surface, reshape, and let rest for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 230°C. Prepare parchment with flour and transfer dough onto it.
Score the top of the dough, cover with a metal bowl, and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove cover, continue baking for 30-35 minutes until golden and hollow sounding.
Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
