Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour the baking pan.
Grate orange zest and extract 90mL of juice.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Mash bananas with a fork.
Combine bananas, orange zest and juice, melted butter, egg, and sugar; mix until smooth.
Add dry mixture and stir until incorporated; fold in half of the nuts.
Pour batter into prepared pan; top with remaining nuts.
Bake for 40-45 minutes; test with a toothpick.
Cool, then serve. Keep refrigerated for longer storage.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and texture.
