Instructions
Prepare the crust by mixing crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
Mix cream cheese, yogurt, cream, eggs, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Pour filling over crust and bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 60 minutes until set.
Allow to cool, then spread fruit jam on top before serving.
