2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour(farinha de trigo)
4gbaking soda(bicarbonato de sódio)
20mLcold water(água gelada)
1 cupcupmilk chocolate chips(chocolate ao leite (gotas ou barra picada))
Instructions
Cook butter until golden, then cool. Mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla until cremoso. Add cooled butter, sugars, and salt; beat. Incorporate flour, baking soda, and water gradually. Mix in chocolate. Chill for at least 3 hours. Form into 33-35g balls, flatten slightly. Bake at 180°C for 15-16 minutes. Cool before serving.
