Delight in homemade chocolate cookies filled with creamy marshmallow, perfect for a sweet treat.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix butter, sugar, baking soda, salt, and molasses until creamy, about 4-5 minutes.
Add flour and cocoa, mix until combined, about 2-3 minutes.
Roll out dough to 3-4mm thickness on a cocoa-dusted surface.
Cut circles 4cm in diameter, place on prepared baking sheet with space between.
Bake for 15-16 minutes until dry. Cool on a wire rack.
Fill half the cookies with marshmallow using a piping bag, then top with remaining cookies.
Optional: dip cookies in melted tempered chocolate.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough before rolling.
