A delicious Brazilian treat combining passion fruit and cookies into a sweet, chewy bar.

Instructions
Break the cookies into smaller pieces if using regular size.
Line a 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
Cook condensed milk, passion fruit juice, and butter over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until it starts to pull away from the pan.
Immediately mix in the cookie pieces to prevent curdling.
Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
Allow to cool for about 45 minutes.
Remove from pan, peel off parchment, and cut into 1.5x1.5 inch pieces.
Roll each piece in the sugar to coat.
Store in an airtight container.
