Delicious stuffed pancakes with Nutella, perfect for a sweet breakfast or snack.

Nutella filling

Instructions
Divide Nutella into 4 discs, freeze.
Mix milk, egg, butter, vanilla until smooth.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt; mix just to combine.
Heat non-stick skillet, lightly oil each time.
Pour ½ cup batter, cook on medium-low until edges set.
Place frozen Nutella disc in center, cover with batter, cook until golden, flip.
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet for best results.
