Instructions
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit 10 minutes.
Combine flour, milk mixture, and egg; add oil and knead until smooth, adding extra flour as needed.
Let dough rise for 30-35 minutes, covered.
Portion Nutella into small balls, freeze for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 6 pieces, roll into disks, place frozen Nutella in center, seal, and form into balls.
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Place balls on floured tray, brush with beaten egg.
Let rise for 30 minutes, brush again, then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Ensure Nutella is frozen before filling to prevent melting during baking.
