Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 60 g fécula de mandioca (polvilho doce)
  • 60 g polvilho azedo
  • 2 units ovos
  • 150 g queijo mussarela/muçarela
  • 90 mL água
  • 90 mL óleo vegetal
  • 2-4 g sal refinado

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease mini-muffin or empadinha molds.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Fill molds about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes at 180ºC.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for best flavor.
